Medicare Crossover is a simple, no cost way for your secondary benefits to be
processed under the Elfun Plan. If you are signed up for Medicare Crossover,
Medicare will automatically forward medical claims to UnitedHealthcare for
processing. There is no need for you to submit your Medical claims. With
Medicare Crossover, your Medicare Part B carrier electronically submits claims to
UnitedHeatlhcare for processing once it has issued benefits either to you or to
your medical care provider.
